Division leader Keith Gralitzer is an executive director at Green Key. He practiced law at a prominent international law firm before his employment with Green Key. Keith is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, cum laude, and graduated with honors from the University of Michigan.

Jason Schoenberg began as a litigator at firms in both New York and New Jersey. He obtained his BA, cum laude, from Binghamton University, and his JD from Brooklyn Law School, where he was Managing Editor of the Journal of Law & Policy.

Cara Sterman began as a corporate attorney at a large firm in New York and as Assistant General Counsel of the North American division of a large international corporation.
